Disclosure and Refund Policy

No full refunds unless it is issued by the seller, due to under stock of an item. 

You may choose between store credit or a replacement.

Pennsylvania state law does not require anything more from a seller than the delivery of items you paid for. We are under no obligation by law to offer any form of a cash refund and will only do so by our choice.

 

 

Cancellation and retraction of an order placed after accepting the disclosure is not allowed. By purchasing through our website you electronically agree to these terms. 

REFUND IN CASE OF DAMAGED GOODS:

You must contact corey@bootleggerbeardco.com. with in 3 days of damaged goods arriving no exceptions.

You must provide picture evidence of both shipping envelope and how it arrived, as well as the product. 

 

You have 15 days after the order has shipped and tracking has been provided to contact us about a missing order.

 

We are not responsible for stolen orders.

You may choose between a replacement of the item, or {equal retail value} store credit towards other products.

IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH THE PRODUCT YOU PURCHASED

Once you have received the products, we cannot accept it back. We apologize for the inconvenience but unlike box stores, we do not accept used cosmetics. They can not be reused and there is no way for us to regain any of the income that went into creating it. We offer sample options of products to aid in the prevention of buying a product you do not like. We appreciate your understanding.
